The Tooltip Manager Component v1.3 has been released. This is a bugfix release.

• [bugfix] The tooltip was not appearing for children of compound controls.
  A combobox in csDropDown style and a listview in vsReport style are examples of this issue. The first control one has an edit box as child and the second one has a child header.
