The i18n package v1.3 has been released. This update fixes some bugs.

• [bugfix] Fixed the bug in data-aware version of date picker control that causing the dataset goes wrongly to edit mode.
• [bugfix] Fixed the popup positioning problem of date picker control in systems with multiple screens.
